"Outside of the city limits"

Independence Circle is located outside the city limits in Heritage Estates subdivision. Although, we are considered outside of the city limites, we are but 2 miles from the city of Altus. Heritage Estates is located north of Altus and is considered by many to be one of the best areas to live. It runs just off North Park Lane and is an ideal place to live. It is surrounded by farm land, although, it's close to grocery stores, doctor's offices and the local college.

During the week, Independence Circle Street is quiet and comfortable. You will seldom hear any traffic noise and it’s a great place to live for couples and small families. Just 5 miles from Altus AFB, a few miles to downtown, it's a perfect place to live without all the city noise and traffic.

Overall Independence Circle has a great feel about it. It’s fantastic all year round plus we have the best friendly neighbors!
