"Great Location close to everything"
Its a great street just five blocks north and you have a walmart and sams club. Along the whole street along side 87 ave you well find a endless number of restaurants stores and coffee shops. It is just twenty minutes away from the airport and thirty minutes away from downtown Miami. It is centrally located. The only down side would be that one of Miami dade police headquarters so when ever they is a emergency you well hear a squad car running down the street.

Northwest 8th St
"Big Ethnic Area"
NW 8th Street is smack dab in the middle of Little Havana, an area with a large Cuban influence. It is also home of the Calle Oche Festival! During the festival you can take in many different kinds Cuban foods and entertainment. The live music alone is a great reason to go visit. Its definately a good place to go for a different experience, but I would stick to the festival time.
