"Affluent area with large uniqe homes"

Old Colony does not have the most expensive homes in Holladay, but they have some that would be close in that proximity. The homes vary in style, and most of the are fairly large. The neighbors genuinely care about each other, and there are plenty of kids around. It is close to retail shopping, restaurants, and freeway enterences.
