"The Largest Collection of Victorian Architecture"
It's true that Old Louisville has the largest collection of Victorian architecture in the country. It is a classic neighborhood that sits between Germantown and Downtown Louisville, full of two and three story Victorian homes. Old Louisville has great access to I-65, University of Louisville, and the Germantown and Highlands areas. Property value remains fairly steady, and you can typically get a lot of house for the money. Nice urban living.
Pros
- Close to Expressways
- Big, beautiful homes
- Close to the University of Louisville
Cons
- There is quite a bit of traffic
