"Quiet Neighborhood with Old Trees"
The street is mainly quiet, but of course around 2pm to 4pm Monday through Friday it gets very noisy because of parents picking up their children. A lot of speed demons and people sometimes honk their horn. The trees are huge and beautiful, makes for excellent shade during the hot summer. A nice park down a designated walking path that leads directly to the park. The park has a big field and a volleyball area. Also a playground area and two tennis courts! If you don't feel like walking far, there is a small park with a small playground and half court basketball hoop within the neighborhood. Also a community garden if you are up for it!
Pros
- quiet
- spacious
- big houses
Cons
- there is no official hospital in Tracy
- A couple of annoying neighbors (quiet most of the time though)
- Train behind houses honks the horn (mostly on Tuesdays) Not sure if the train is going to be commonly used later in upcoming years.
