"Not a Great Place to Live"
Pearson St is building up condos in the area, but the location is crappy. There are a ton of tracks at the end of the road. On the other end is Route 25A or Jackson Ave. For this one block, there really isn't much going on, except for a couple of condos and residential buildings. Not much else is happening.
Pros
- Space for cars to park
Cons
- Little too dirty in spots
- A weird street
- Construction makes it look bad

"Pearson is personal"
Great street mainly because of the friendly crew (especially of dog walkers). But can't beat how central it is here in LIC
