"Beautifully manicured suburbia near Downtown San Diego"

Pendiente Court is nestled right under the El Dorado Hills apartment complexes. It is a great place to go for a brisk walk in the morning. The area is very much country club living, clean and full of lush greenery. The only bad part about this street is that there are so many cars parked in this cul de sac from the racquetclub and landscaping business. It's very close to the Teirra Santa Shopping Center and Mission Valley.
