"The perfect neighborhood social life"
All things work out for a reason. After my horrible experience on Maud Avenue, my husband and I were able to find the house of our dreams. Well almost, for beginners anyway. We were able to find a three bedroom two story house finished with stucco to fit our budget. We found this house on Pershing Drive. Pershing Drive is up and coming neighborhood that will surely increase with value as time progresses. The area is great for kids. There are plenty of other young couples that live on the street. We often have dinner parties or BBQ in our backyard with them. The perfect neighborhood social life. There is a little park nearby that we still need to explore. Overall this is a really great street to live on.
