"Wonderful Neighborhoods with Community Access"
Poole Road is a very connective means to get around Colerain Township. It starts by connecting directly to the Colerain Avenue, the main thoroughfare for the community, and ends leading onto Sprindale Road, a major connective road that also runs through Colerain Avenue at one point. The end closer to Colerain Avenue can be a little loud on Fiday nights, but not for any extreme length of time. One of the most appreciated parts of Poole Road is the Farbach-Werner nature Preserve. It is frequented by people from the surrounding communities for its wonderful natural habitats and frequent events, such as a youth nature camp during the summer, art exhibits, maple syrup and other seasonal festivals. Another major attraction is the connection to local schools. Towards the Springdale end of Poole Road are located the Colerain Elementary School and Colerain Middle School. Closer to the Colerain Avenue end of Poole Road is the Colerain High School, home to the multiple time state champion Colerain Cardinals. It's a great place to watch quality Ohio high school football. There is also access to tennis courts, running tracks, and other sports fields. Also of interest is the proximity of the Clippard YMCA and a local playground.
