I have lived on Prospect St. since 1984. I have seen few neighborhood changes as most people who were here when I moved in are still here. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. East Stroudsburg University is just 2 blocks away so if you are a family with college aged kids it is very handy. It is a safe street proven by the fact that I regularly walk at 10 - 11 PM nightly and have never had an incident. We own an occupant/owned business (beauty salon) and it is a very busy family salon.
