"Scenic!"
My friend lived in the Sky View Apartments and loved it. He said the pool is great and the view of the Saddleback Mountains is amazing.
Los Alisos Boulevard is clean, green and pretty and the residents are friendly. However, according to my friend, you might want to travel out of the immediate area if you are going out to party as the local bars are "full of cougars and high school has beens". His words, not mine, so if you fall into either of these categories, get mad at him. This street is not too good for dining either - if you follow Los Alisos under the 241, you will hit a strip mall with some fast food dining options, but, you have to keep following it further before you hit the grocery store (Henry's).
If you are moving into this street with your family, there are many different types of highly rated private schools nearby. There are a couple of public schools that rate well, too, but, private schools definitely have the majority. Oh, and when I say nearby, I mean nearby RSM talk. Everything in this city is spread waaaaaay out. Your kids will definitely not be walking home from school. Unless you are a mean parent or you have a fat kid.
