Any good bird-watching locations in Putnam County?

Clarence Fahnstock State Park covers land in both Putnam and Dutchess counties and is said to have some pretty good bird watching. There is also Constitution Marsh Audobon Center and Wildlife Sanctuary which has lovely hiking trails and is a great place for birding!
