Rich Way
"Best neighborhood for skiiers."
This is an awesome part of town, and a clean place to live. Lots of family friendly neighborhoods. Best of all is its proxity to the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. My brother in law lives in this neighborhood, and loves it. He is a big snowboarder, and chose to live here because of the ski resorts that are literally a only a few minutes up the canyons.

"Amazing Neighborhood and Location"
I'm biased because I live here, but in the last couple years since buying our home, we have been really impressed with how fun and friendly the neighborhood is. Our neighbors are friendly and were so welcoming when we moved in.
There are different religions, all tolerant of each other, and different ways of living. Each year one neighbor throws a big 4th of July party for the nieghborhood and each Labor day weekend we have a neighborhood block party.
In the area of custom homes that we are in, every yard is kept up nice and green and there are children of different ages. Many of the neighbors have boats and we've taken our boat out with some of them for the day.
Close to I-215, which is the best freeway in Salt Lake, and close to every sort of shopping you can imagine. Fashion Place, the most visited mall in Salt Lake is 5 minutes away and there are restaurants all around, from fast-food (TacoBell, McD's, KFC) to casual (Chillies, Denny's, Wasatch Pizza) to finer fare (Tuscany, Oyster Bar, Market Street)- all within 5 minutes.
The canyons are only a few minutes away and Union Park is less than a mile.
