"Nice Circle in the Heart of Town"
This is a fairly nice neighborhood. It's as quiet as can be expected being next door to Marshall Regional, but nice older homes line the block. There are only a couple of vacant lots, none are overgrown or an eyesore. The older homes are well maintained and it seems everyone is really nice and friendly.

This is the neighborhood area I lived in when I went to high school. I can say that I have noticed only improvements in the area since then; for example, the City Park is now an much nicer local attraction with modern equipment, although the bathrooms are still only partially finished. A new main fire station is going in behind the hospital as well. South Washington street is the main street, which does stay busy, but the neighborhood roads tend only to have the traffic from their particular neighborhood.
Sidewalks and public transportation are a weakness through all parts of Marshall, however.
