"Normal family road with lots of traffic noise."
Rincon Avenue is a nice little street. The houses are all two stories with separate garages for the most part. Being located off two busy roads allows for quick access to super markets and restaurants. Side traffic can also be a little busy during the weekdays on Rincon. This a family oriented road and their are plenty of kids out and about during the daytime hours to back that statement up. There are quite a few dogs on this road as well and there isn't a dog park for miles. You could always walk your dog through the other streets that run parallel to Rincon but I would be worried about the busy roads. Noise is something residents on this street have to get used to from the constant passing motorists.
