"THE MOST STABLE NEIGHBORHOOD IN DALLAS - AND WITHIN RICHARDSON ISD"
http://www.billcherrybroker.com
This neighborhood comprising the 75238 Zip Code is Dallas' anomaly. Nice traditional and traditional ranch-style homes, most built in the 1980s, and with many of the original owners still here.
It's called Lake Highlands, and it's the place where many children grew up and then turn around and buy a home and move their young family back to the old neighborhood. So we have parents and grandparents, young children and teenagers co-existing here with smiling faces.
The homes range in price from $200,000 to $750,000 and your money buys a lot of house. And as a Realtor, my wife and I love living here and helping find our new neighbors.
And did I mention that the children go to the great Richardson ISD schools? Well, this is how public schools ought to be. Call me: BILL CHERRY, REALTORS 214 503-8563. [email protected]
