Robinson Ave, Eltingville

The most notable thing I can think of about this street is that SOME of the houses on it are significantly larger and newer than that of some of the nearby streets. It's not saying much I know but really the area itself is nice and it's fairly easy to get to a major road and thus a bus on foot. I wouldn't worry too much about being robbed or anything like that. If you want to live here just find a house that you like with an acceptable distance to a bus stop. I wouldn't bother worrying about anything else really. Plenty of restaurants a few blocks away, within walking distance, including a very nice diner and many Italian restaurants.

This whole area doesn't seem very suited to singles due to many multi-bedroom houses but if you want and can afford a house around here it doesn't really matter. Well unless you plan on accidentally bumping into the love of your life. In that case, try the park.
