"Lovely Residential Road"
Driving down Santa Margarita Avenue, I cannot help but think that this is what California is all about.
While somewhat close together, the lovely, tree-lined homes are understated but comfortable, filled with basketball hoops and children skateboarding in the streets. The road is safe, residential, and so leafy that it could practically be an arboretum. Menlo Park's central Silicon Valley location ensures an abundant amount of sunshine.
The picture of convenience, this quiet, residential street also happens to be a stone's throw from Menlo-Atherton High, downtown Menlo Park and the Caltrain station. It is almost so idyllic that it could be in a movie. Naturally, real estate prices are through the roof around here, although one may not know it on first appearance.
