"Wonderful Family-Friendly Neighborhood With A Lot To Offer"
I have lived in "The Mountain" neighborhood since I was born. The past 21 years have been absolutely wonderful. The houses are all very well maintained, and the people are all so nice. It's a dynamic neighborhood ranging from couples with young children to older couples who have retired. I've never felt threatened or in danger while living in the neighborhood. The neighbors are all watching out for one another, and anytime there is anything suspicious going on, a neighborhood email is sent out to inform the homeowners what is going on.
"The Mountain" is located in a wonderful hilly area that is far enough away from any highways that is quiet and peaceful at night. There is never a significant amount of traffic going through the neighborhood, so the noise level is always at a minimum.
Another great feature of "The Mountain" neighborhood is the park located within walking distance of all homes. There is a large soccer/baseball field, tennis courts, a basketball court, two playscapes, and a pavilion for events such as birthdays or other social gatherings. The area is surrounded by trees which gives it a very natural and non-industrial feel. There are hiking trails which go into the woods and take you along paths down to the creek and waterfalls.
"The Mountain" is within five minutes of Highway 183, as well as Anderson Mill Road, so necessities such as grocery stores, auto care, restaurants, as well as a number of bars and pubs are easily accessible.
Like I've said, "The Mountain" is a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.
