How walkable is the Sea Cliff neighborhood in San Francisco?

Sea Cliff in San Francisco is more walkable on its southern end near the Central Richmond District than it is near the beach where it is hilly and farther away, but you could still, if you are young and healthy, go without your car and pretty much get everything you need done.
