Sea Cliff neighborhood in San Francisco is about as safe as it gets in all of San Francisco. You are just simply too far away from the action and there is nothing to come into this neighborhood for other than going home to your amazing mansion. Thieves and other malcreants are a bit intimidated. Though, of course, the homes do have trip lights and other signs of security to deter those who might try anything.
