Brentwood is a nice neighborhood in the Ben Hill area, just off Interstate 285. The homes in the neighborhood are moderate in size and price, and most are nicely maintained. The residents of Brentwood have the advantage of having Tampa Park, Stone Hogan Park, and the North Camp Creek Nature Preserve surrounding their community.

When it comes to cleanliness and safety, Brentwood rates average. There is nothing particularly outstanding about the neighborhood, but there is also nothing particularly egregious either. The schools in the area are decent. Public transportation and local conveniences are accessible. The cost of living is appropriate for the area.

This would be a great neighborhood for new families just starting out, retirees, students, and professionals.
