"Downtown... More Like Ghost Town"
I was so surprised when I got here! The street was almost deserted! The downtown's that I'm used to are busy streets with tall building, lots of shops, lots of people, and lots of cars. I didn't even know until my friend told me that we're in the downtown of Fremont! O_o
This is like a resting place for truckers. The streets were really big and wide more like a highway, and the greens there were un-attended and turning yellow. There wasn't much shops or any restaurant to eat or shop in. Passing by I saw a few fast food chains like McDonald's and that was about it. The only reason that I would want to live here is if someone paid me to.

"Rather Run Down Area"
I loved visiting this area of california but when I came to visit this area I was less than pleased. Fremont is a great city in my opinion but downtown is horrid. Sure there are some nice qualities to it lake Elizabeth I thought was charming. However where this area took a dreaded turn for me was it seemed to be filled with thugs. These people seemed to be hanging around all over the place. This made me and the people I was with feel very uncomfortable, I wish I had spent more time here but if it is the same as the last time I was here I dont foresee me spending any more.
