"Idyllic Community"
Seascape Village is an adorable beach community in Aptos, CA, with stunning homes and beautiful views all around. Home to the ritzy Seascape Resort, this area is quite wealthy and pretty quiet, but has a nice contingency of shops and restaurants - Palapas makes a mean margarita.
The beach is here is about as perfect as you can get for Northern California - great surf, clean breaks, warm weather, and significantly less fog than its southern neighbor of Monterey. The resort often hosts corporate events here, but that doesn't stop joggers and dog walkers alike to stop by and see who is visiting.
If you are looking for beachside property in Northern/Central California and money is not an object, this is probably a good place to look.
