Is Silver Terrace in San Francisco a safe neighborhood?

Yes, Silver Terrace is safe. Does crime happen here? Of course. Does it happen more regularly than the rest of the city? No way. It's mostly just people gung about their business.

@NikkiDKatt, Silver Terrace is pretty much the Bayview, the just named that part of the Bayview Silver Terrace to make it sound nicer and because of the history that comes with the Bayview

Silver Terrace is definitely not one of the safer neighborhoods in San Francisco. Partly this is because of its proximity to Bayview, which is, of course, known for being sort of gangland. But with a good 300 assaults in the last 6 months, I don't think you can just blame it on its neighbor.
