"Small neighborhood feel for bustling through street"
Skyline serves as a cut through or biway between HWY 199 and Roberts cutoff in River Oaks. The houses are mostly older, 50's style ranch homes. Over the last few years I have noticed a definite increase in curb appeal and that has definitely been reflected in the property values. Easy access to downtown as well as the the Rigmar Mall area. I love River Oaks and hope to live here for quite sometime.
