"Eh, maybe not."
Not really the greatest area you'll ever see in Phoenix. The architecture is nothing to look at and the area looks pretty run down. Next to the airport as well, so lots of noise. It is, however, adjacent to Phoenix's version of Chinatown, the COFCO if you're craving good Chinese food. That's about all that can be said.
