South Albervan St, Olathe

I live on a street in a suburb of Olathe KS. It's quiet and affordable with great schools. My neighbors are mostly Moms and Dads with kids. They own their own homes and take good care of them. I'm close to school, parks, hospitals, stores and restaurants. The area is safe and the city takes good care of keeping it clean. The people are friendly and helpful. My ares has homes that are affordable compared to other parts of the country. There are no views of the ocean or mountains. I like living close to a big city (Kansas City) to get access to cultral and sporting events. The crime rate is very low.

My only complant is that because of the increase of people moving here the traffic and increase although the city is doing a good job of helping the situation but widening the main streets. My street is one of the main streets to get into the subdivision so it gets more traffic than I would prefer and when people park on the street that leads to more congestion.
