"Not a safe street."
I had the great luck of having to set up a store on this street. I was told by a police officer to make sure I was out of the neighborhood before two in the afternoon as it was not a safe place for me to be. I would avoid it if I could and defiantly would not visit it in the late afternoons or evenings.

Been to the area and it is pretty rough. I don't think the "afternoon" is a huge issue, but at night, absolutely. I think if you are around before sundown it's pretty okay, but after sundown I would avoid as well.
