Is South Deering in Chicago a safe neighborhood?

Most of the area actually is pretty safe. The only area I have noticed within South Deering that has a crime issue is in and around Trumbull Park as well as in and around S. Crandon Ave and E 103rd St..

shannond1 Trumbull Park is not the problem. The issues are around the area of 108 & 109 between Calhoun and Hoxie.

Not really. South Deering isn't the safest neighborhood. In fact, I'd say it's a bit below average for safety.
