None of the streets you mention are expensive streets. There are no expensive streets in South Deering. South Deering needs an entire make over. I'm not saying that to be mean; while it was once an awesome place to live and work, it is now a forgotten part of the city of Chicago.

Torrence Ave is pretty expensive in South Deering, as is S. Exchange.

shannond1 I have to disagree. While Torrence was once a bustling street when the steel mills were operational it is now a blighted area.

A few of the more expensive streets in South Deering are S. Calhoun, S. Yates and S. Hoxie.
