"Great Neighbors!"
A great street for neighbors to get to know one another! No gangs or graffiti - you feel safe walking your dog late at night!
The only thing I think we lack is the availability of small, independently owned restaurants, bars & shops within walking distance. But we do have Costco, major grocery stores close by and plenty of movie choices too.
Great schools! We have award winning schools within walking distance for kids. And plenty of parks.
Driving distance to beaches, mountains and L.A. all within 1 hour.

Sounds like an amazing place to live. It's a shame the only thing letting it down is shop and bars etc. Would be great to see some photos or even vids of where you live!
