"A Great Neighborhood for a family"
If you are looking for a quiet place in a growing urban area under the tropics, SE 24th Street will meet your expectations. This neighborhood is centrally located in the beautiful city of Cape Coral, a community the locals refer to as "Paradise". Although close to everything the city has to offer, SE 24th Street is secluded enough to afford the children a safe place to enjoy great sunny days.
You're probaly eager to visit us at SE 24th Street by now. But please take your time to do so slowly when you decide to come enjoy the view of our manicured lawns and lovely homes ... we wouln't want to disturb the kids playing in the neighborhood. And don't forget to wave the parents who are watching them having a great time biking or playing soccer ... we would like to maintain a friendly environment in paradise

AJ, this is not even the best looking part of the Cape. I will put up more pics of Cape Coral for you just to give you a better taste of paradise in southwest Florida.
