"Average neighborhood suitable for diversified living."
This section of SE 25th Ave is just three blocks long. It is primarily single family dwellings, though there is one small 4-plex and a couple of businesses located at one end of the street. There are many trees and gardens, which make the street a nice place to walk along. One large drawback is the amount of traffic which frequents the street. It is used as a short-cut for commuters to a large, nearby work facility, as well as a way to circumvent a traffic light on the major cross street. These travelers rarely obey the speed limit and thereby reduce the neighborhood safety for children and pets. However, the folks are fairly friendly and there is cultural and ethnic diversity on this street. You will find families, couples, singles and retirees dwelling here; you will also find a variety of domestic households representing a cross-section of American society. We are working class, hippie, college students, artists, business owners, professionals, Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, gay, lesbian and proud to call each other neighbors.

It's nice to hear about a neighborhood that is so cosmopolitan and happy to be that way!
