"Where's the Spa?"
With a name like Spa Place, I expected palm trees and oceans, and little mixed drinks with umbrellas
inside. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. This short street was residential with no stores or businesses. It was a connecting street between Lakewood Avenue and Arlington Terrace at best. The houses, were however, nice, but it was not the greatest street in this neighborhood.
