Spruce Avenue is so alive! The street holds that old regale charm of South San Francisco that never left. There are old adobe style churches and large houses that are still erect which blend in with more modern structures. There are always people that are out and about which give Spruce Avenue an even more active feeling. There are plenty of small mom and pop businesses that range from old antique stores to hole in the war bars. This is definitely a street to come and explore on the weekend.
