Starling Ave, Miami Springs

These homes and lots aren't exactly gilded, but they have potential. Some of the homes appear a little dated, but as of late some new construction has lightened the atmosphere. This is as good a place as any for people who want a house of their own at a decent price, not too far from Miami proper. A very close friend of mine lives here with her family, and from what I understand, the neighborhood is reasonably quiet with good internet and other utilities.
