"North of Summit --beautiful old houses, well-maintained, great schools, very walkable!"
Great public schools. Sidewalks, quiet side streets. Bakeries, cafes, hair/nail salons, a bike shop, pubs, two new and several established restaurants, a co-op grocery and other shopping on Selby Avenue. The neighborhood farmers’ market is open twice weekly throughout the growing season. 15 minutes drive to downtown Minneapolis.
Pros
- Urban. Singles, young families AND empty nesters.
- Condos and single family house and apartments.
Cons
- Too many hipsters.
