"A nice area to live. Lots of stores and places to eat. Neighbors are friendly"
The street has basic car travel. Some cars are speeder and some cars drive the posted speed. The street is clean. The one major street Foothill Blvd has a lot of traffic. Watch out making a left turn.
The stores are plenty in a two mile radius and so is the places to eat. A dog park a few miles away in big and well maintained. The neighbors are not seen. You might find one running in to the house.
