Does Turtle Bay in New York City have good schools?

There are mostly private and religious schools put the only public school is public school 59 that is located on 56th street

The public school system of New York City in its entirety is really bad. I don't know anyone that has put their kid into public school here. You either have to go the Private route if you can afford it or a Charter School.
