"Wonderful street for both residential and retail"

University Blvd. is located in the West University neighborhood in Houston. It is close to the beautiful Rice University campus and Houston's first-rate medical center. On this street or just blocks away are a multitude of boutique shops and retail chain stores, as well as wonderful restaurant and bar choices. One of my favorite places to get a beer is located very nearby - The Ginger Man. They have a huge selection of beers on tap, a beautiful patio and dogs and children are welcome.
The homes located on University Blvd are gorgeous and pretty exclusive, but not stuffy.
