Uptown in Chicago - any similar Chicago neighborhoods?

Uptown is a pretty cool area up North in Chicago. It's not quite as hip as Lake View, but it's still real nice and fun, and it's better than Ravenswood, but similar to that as well.

Uptown is a diverse and interesting part of the city, known for its many music venues and unique appeal. Uptown is so unique it's difficult to suggest similar neighborhoods. If you want to stick close to the same price for housing, I'd suggest Lincoln Square or Edgewater, both of which have plenty to offer.
