"LOVEbard street"

lombard is an amazing street.. supposedly, it has the most twists and turns in a street in SF. there's tons of shopping here and the street is beautiful and clean! you can drive or walk and enjoy a lunch outside on a beautiful sunny day. this street also leads you to the water and towards the historic landmark of the golden gate bridge.

"flea market"

mission street probably looks like a flea market from a bird's eye view. there are plenty of shops selling items of odds and ends.. plenty of food.. street vendors.. second hand stores and lots of people. the culture in the mission is very rich and artsy.. its also a bike friendly street as you see plenty of folks on their bikes in this street.

"hyde away"

hyde and market street is my concentration in this review - particularly civic center.. there is a lot of foot traffic here especially on wednesdays and sundays where there is farmer's market. the smell of farmer's market takes over this part of hyde street and leads you to wonders of fresh produce! hyde also has lots of food and bars you can visit during nightlife.

"stank"

sixth street stinks. lots of crackheads, dope dealers, and homeless people. there's a few clubs and bars that are halfway decent.. and when i say sixth street, i mean sixth street near the downtown area. for the most part, you're safe - unless, you just look like a jerk who wouldn't know what to do if someone snatched your bag from you. not a place to lick your ice cream while walking down this stinky path..

"24th in the mission district.."

24th street in the mission district is very walkable.. there are tons of great taquerias you can enjoy for lunch or a drunk night out. a few years back, this area was amazing, now, unfortunately.. some 'gangbangers' have taken over some corners of this area.. you don't like the color blue? well, i don't see you shooting at the sky.

"EMBARK to the EMBARCADERO"

the embarcadero is a must-see street of san francisco. it's runs along the water and therefore can get a little crispy cold. there's tons of food, including the famous boudin bakery of SF and yummy, delicious treat stores - like the candy apple store! there's also food stands for crab! you won't be disappointed with all the food selection available here!

"market yourself"

market street is a lengthy street of san francisco. any right or left turns simply take you to different neighborhoods of san francisco. it will guide you to the water and a long stretch to the other end will take you up to great heights of SF with beautiful views. so much food, shopping, and neat things in between!

"breen alley"

the infamous breen alley.. the little alley getaway between an apartment building and a hotel - the little alley that folks retreat to during SF's famous day parties, like pride and lovefest. okay, maybe I’m being a little too censored – this is the official alley where crackheads retreat to and those DYING to use the concrete in place of a toilet to relieve themselves of the 40oz’s they’ve been chugging all day… not an alley for kids!

"road to great heights"

this road leads up to some pretty incredible city of san jose views. night drives are best! if you are uncertain about driving up windy hills, not to worry as the hills arent too confusing. this is also a home-neighborhood road so if youre looking to move here and don't mind a relatively busy road, this is the area for you. there is a middle school and high school along this road, making it suitable for families. take a drive up, you'll thank me later!

"semi - busy neighborhood road"

this road is the road that leads to other roads, so you know it can be a little busy. i would say the noise level isn't too bad unless you have disrespectful drivers driving by with loud music. sometimes (or a lot of times) people tend to drive faster than a regular neighborhood speed limit. driving into this road, you will lead yourself to strictly a rural neighborhood with a park and schools for young kids and teens in high school. there are two major grocery stores five minutes away.

"quiet and friendly court"

this court is a very quiet street. homes are really well kept and the neighbors on this street all seem to know each other! there is an upscale grocery shopping center about five minutes away and ten minutes away to a westfield shopping mall. the neighborhood seems safe because you can see people taking strolls thru the neighborhood. homes in this area are beautiful during christmas time as you can see many homes filled up with lights and holiday decor.

"vietnamese neighborhood with plenty o' kids!"

this is predominantly vietnamese neighborhood with homes averaging 2-3 bedrooms. homes here are older, some are taken care of and some are on the opposite end. you will often find young children playing and riding their bikes on the sidewalks and streets. adults are always around hanging in their front yards, making it safe for the children. there is also a vietnamese church on this road and a high school. the ice cream truck makes its daily routes here!

"busy neighborhood road"

mt. pleasant road is a wide neighborhood road where homes arent really taken care of. theres a 7/11 on this street and a non-brand name gas station. nonetheless, it's a neighborhood close to an elementary school, middle school, and two high schools if you are interested in this are for your child or children.

"a breath of fresh air"

i love love love this road! there are huge, tall trees while you drive along this road which makes for a refreshing drive. its a bit scary at night since there aren't too many street lights and it's not as lit as say, a main street. nonetheless, it's a beautiful world with plenty of nature. it makes you feel like you are outside of san jose and lost somewhere in the woods!

"beautiful neighborhood with a man-made lake/HUGE pond!"

this is a great place to drive to whether it's the day or night. you can sit or walk along the water and it calls for a soothing experience. the neighborhood itself is beaufiful as the houses are relatively new and homeowners certainly pay attention to their home owner's association rules and regulations! this is also a great place to take your kids trick-or-treating during halloween - big treats!

"one of san jose's main streets"

If you ever get lost in San Jose and find yourself on Capitol Expressway, not to worry - there is plenty on this street to make anyone find almost nearly anything. There are plenty of shopping centers, including a TARGET shopping area with gas and food. Along the long busy road, you can find shopping malls, car lots, and a nice view of big water slides belonging to Raging Waters.

"Great street for families with young children"

This is a great street for you if you have young children because there is an elementary school right at the beginning of the street. You will often see parents and their children taking walks and the neighbors of this street are kind. At night, you can hear the sound of frogs croaking (I find it soothing). There is a park right around the corner where you will find many people bbq'ing on the weekends and children playing at the playground.

"Quiet street, rural street"

Neves Way is a quiet street. It is a good place to settle with the homes being relatively big sized (the house probably average 3 bedrooms). While the homes are not entirely new, they are well kept and most people on this street keep their homes in decent shape. It's most certainly not an empty block with little cars, but not overcrowded either. There is a nearby gym and grocery stores 5-10 minutes away.
