"Good room for investment"
I have already invested money into this part of town, and particularly on this street. I want to rent out several units because I have seen so much potential. A nice variety of housing types, while still managing to keep prices low. I don't like to be forced to have people pay too much if I don't have to.

"Blah, Blah, Blah"
Very boring just like all the other streets in this part of town. My great aunt lives here and I think that is enough said. There is really nothing to do except eat bad food and go to church and ask for forgiveness for living in such a boring place. Not even when I am retired I would want to live in a place like this, unless I needed to get away that much.

"Everything you need at hand"
there is just about everything one would want to have available on and around this road. There are all kinds of stores and hotels to take a look at. It also involves a nice blend of housing in the area, and everyone seems so friendly. A little old fashioned for me, but I would take a risk investing into some property in the area.

"Nice, and safe access road"
While there are a couple places to live in the area, I could not deal with the traffic. Right near the heart of the city, you will always find traffic, but usually more to do. Not a lot for the nightlife scene, which I require on a regular basis. It is a good means of transportation getting to and from work.

"Could be fun"
This area could be fun if you were a little older I suppose. There are a lot of mom and pop shops in the area and I can see how someone would want to hang there hat there. For me I require a little bit more of a nightlife scene and without that I am left with nothing. Maybe when I am about 45 or 50 would I live to live on these quiet, kind of boring streets.

"Hard too say"
Not much consistency in the area and with all the traffic I would not take my chances for looking at a home. I traveled on this road everyday for business, but would not want to live in some of the run down buildings. Many of the nightlife spots seem nice, but its not enough for me to stay.

"Tourists here we come"
I would not recommend this place for a family to be raised at, but I would have to say that it is a must see if you don't come around the area much. I could never live in the area, mainly due to the crowded streets and the noise. Don't even think about looking for a school in the area, because you won't find one.

"Nice, quaint, but boring"
There are some nice homes in the area, but not much for nightlife., I often invest in places that offer a particular value as far as investment in apartments and condo's go, but with the lack of school system influence in the area I would not do so. I do enjoy some of the food in the area, but that is about it.

"Nice variety along the street"
The road offers you plenty to look at and I always find myself having to eat at a different style of restaurant while in the area. The road is very long and serves as nice access to plenty of other areas of the neighborhood. I didn't see much in the police blotter which is a good thing.

"Plain and boring"
This neighborhood is not much to look at. If you look at one house you have looked at them all. I did hear the school were ok, but I could just not deal with the same views every where I went. The traffic is even a little worse then it should be and I would just get a headache every day. Even the stores around here are a bit plain and simple with not variety.

"Nothing great but a view"
This are offers a great view but that is about it. There is relatively no place that I would live on except for some of the side road. The housing seems to be way too expensive for what you get and the stores are a bit far away. One other thing that it might bring to the table is a bridge that serves as a good method of traveling to get into the city.

"Good nightlife and shopping"
There are plenty of places to entertain yourself in this section of Queens. I found a lot of wholesale outlets close by and they all seem to be in really good shape. The area offers nice access roads, and there is even a couple places to walk and enjoy a nice view. I would definitely look at apartments in this area of town.

"A little bit of everything"
This area of The Bronx has a little bit of fun and a little bit of craziness. The one good thing from what I hear the crime is at a minimum and from experience I know that it provides you with quick access where ever you want to go. There are many lively night spots in the area that still keep it classy without being too stuck up.

"Down to earth neighborhood"
I lived here for about 3 months a year ago and I loved what I saw. Even though I do enjoy the city life I didn't mind getting away from it every once in a while. The people here are great and not pretentious at all. I could see anyone starting a family here without having to worry about crime in the area of a lack of quality when it comes to the school system.

"Shortcut to work and thats it"
The family I have visited here uses this road only as a shortcut to and from work. I would not get too far away from this road because you might end up finding yourself getting lost. The traffic is kind of bad at times so choose wisely. There is a hospital in the area, but I wouldn't expect the best treatment because of what surrounds the place.
9th Ave
"Stay far away"
I sold a unit around the corner from here and it was mainly due to this street. The family I rented to was stopped and mugged on this road at night just trying to get to the store. It is an easy neighborhood to get lost in and I do not recommend traveling, let alone living any where even close to hear. This is why The Bronx gets a bad name sometimes.

"Selling my property soon, Enough said?"
I own property and rent it out, and lets just say that I am giving them money to get a new place, because I am embarrassed at the return they go from their investment. I thought because of the close access roads and a close school it would be a good idea, but I guess not. Good ridden to this filthy road in The Bronx, which gets even more filthy at night.
Webb Ave
"Not a nice road to walk down"
The area is really run down, and many of the buildings are empty. This means that there is no room for investment for a person such as myself, whether that means in a business, apartments for rent, or a family at that. I do stress this is not a place to raise a family. The only thing I would have in mind is buying something for cheap and holding on for recovery purposes.

"Nice vibe and good for traveling"
I used to travel on this road everyday for business and there are all kinds of amenities should you need them. I always stop and get a slice of pizza while I am in the neighborhood while still using the roads to get back to work int time. There are nice schools, parks, and churches throughout the roads and everything seems to be kept in decent shape.

"Good for travel, but not a family"
The street varies by location and so do the side streets. Some seem to be in good shape, while others I hear are filled with crime. I have read the police blotters and there is always something in the area, but perhaps you might want to give it a try because of the parks and nice scenery. The only thing is, is what happens when it gets dark outside.

"Room for investment"
Since the housing crisis has developed this area of New York while still in good shape has room for investment. The prices are low and the variable costs are also very low. Everything you need is close bye and I would not be surprised if I bought a couple houses on and off this road. Everything is in good condition, while still old fashioned, and not a scene of crime to be found.

"Good for Business while still relaxing"
This little side road is a nice little area where my colleague had an office at. There are many places that could serve as a mean for opportunity with plenty of room to be successful while still being diverse. I am still looking in on prices in the area, because depending on what kind of business you want to open up the prices and the building shapes and sizes change. Not much for housing though.

You will find everything you need in this part of town including the prices. It is not city expensive like a lot of places in the city and you will still find everything you need. Great place to live with a family. There are many schools around and even a college. The homes are very nice and not too expensive, even though you would think they would be with a quick look. The road dead ends into a canal which offers a great place to take the dog for a walk or take a jog before work in the morning. I enjoyed my stay with my cousin who owns a house on this road. This area of Brooklyn is very nice, without being too ritzy. The homes are mainly made up of middle class families and they are all friendly, or at least the ones I have met. Unlike many New Yorkers the people around here are not arrogant, and they are hard working people. The roads are very well kept and you can even find some nice restaurants near by that won't break your bank.

This area of town right outside Brooklyn offers a perfect getaway from the rowdiness that can sometimes come with living near the city. Very clean road with nice homes, one of which I own. "Great neighborhood, Lots to do"
This neighborhood I lived in when I was 23 and I loved it. I would not recommend it for famailies with younger kids, but I would for people in there twenties. There is not much to do on this access road, but it is good for business. I do like the prices when it comes to the prices of the offices on this road. This street which I had to work on for a week is very noisy. There is really no scenery except for bars and restaurants, which are not L.A.'s finest. "Very nice experience I had"
I had lived here with a friend while I was on business for about 3 months and I enjoyed myself. While I am not sure if this is the area of L.A. that I would want to live in I sure understand why others would. It is a closely knit community with many people trying to make it in acting, like my roommate. There is plenty to do, but the rent is a little expensive and the apartments aren't that nice. This road is a very straight and narrow road, and if you make a wrong turn off of it you will find yourself possibly being harassed and/or mugged. They offered me a tour right away and I was very pleased with the condo's that they showed me. I am definitely considering purchasing one and keeping it for myself.

North Houston Rosslyn Rd
"Access road to a more industrial houston."
I traveled on this road everyday for a week when I was in Houston and it serves as a good access road to where many people in the area, including myself, have worked. Very busy road, but the traffic travels smoothly. I would not recommend searching for a house or even apartment on this road because of the traffic, but you might find decent places on the side roads.

"Great street, I could not stop golfing"
I lived on this road for 6 months with my brother and I tell you it is gorgeous. It is surrounded by beautiful homes and even better looking golf courses. There are shopping centers and a mall near by and a variety of nice restaurants to suit anyone's taste buds. I wanted to golf every day that I lived there because of the quality of the courses and how kept up they are.

"Nice houses, and nice retreat"
This area is a nice retreat from the traffic and busy intersections of this Houston suburb. The houses are fairly nice and inexpensive. The traffic really dies down when you get back into this neighborhood and away from the highway. I have friends that live on this road and they love it there. I enjoy myself whenever I visit.

"Good access roads and lot to do"
This road itself is mainly a highway, but off of it you will find lots to do including, malls, bars, and nice restaurants. The apartments in the area and pretty affordable and I actually own a condo, which I rent out and the tenants absolutely love it there. I haven't heard much about the schools, but I do know the traffic if fairly heavy and I would not recommend letting children walk around by themselves.

"Completely and Uttlerly Gorgeous"
My 2nd cousins home on the street made me want to move there asap. While it is not the city life which I typically go for, I would love to have a family here. The homes are beautiful and the schools, from what I hear, are very good. The neighborhood might be a bit pricey, but I was told that the apartments around the neighborhood are affordable and I am going to look into renting some out.

"Good access, decent apartment"
The apartment I lived in for 6 months was in a very good location. I was pleased with the area even though it was a little quiet for me. It is right next to the highway with easy access to work in the city every morning even though the traffic coming home can be a little annoying. I really had no choice, but I would stay here again if they made me.

"Just an area for potential"
I have purchased land on this road, with the only hope that my investment will pay off. There is absolutely nothing around worth visiting for and I could of died of boredom. I only hope that the land I bought for very cheap goes up in value or I might even consider setting up office buildings to rent out to businesses. No schools, no food, no nothing.

"Good place for adults with kids"
My uncle lives here with his wife and two kids. The schools are right around the corner and you can let your kids play outside without worrying. He leaves his car unlocked at night and there are even nice little restaurants around the area. Not as much access to the city as I would need for my job, but definitely a place to consider down the road.

"Not the best place in Phoenix"
I visited some friends here and the first thing I told them was how much better they can do. We toured the area and all I can say is blah. This portion of the street, and the neighborhood at that, did the city of Phoenix any justice. I could not even find a decent place that I wanted to eat. I definately could not wait to get back home.

"Perfect part of Downtown"
This street that I lived on for 3 months for work, is a perfect place if you like city life. Since I also have places in other big cities in the U.S.A. this was perfect for me. My fiancee and I enjoyed baseball games, basketball games, and all the great food we can eat. I still own the place and rent it out, but I need to go back soon.

"Good place to visit, not to live"
I stayed here for two weeks on business and I will admit I had a blast. The street is perfect access to malls, movies, and even amusement parks. I enjoyed my stay at the condo on this street, but since I am aging and want to start a family soon, I would not want to live here. Too much traffic and not enough local school selection, but it was fun for a week.

"Very disappointed because of some hype"
I was told that this area and street was a great place, and I looked at the prices, and by doing this you would think that it would be somewhat nice. I interviewed some locals there and business's and they said it is not worth the money. I was going to invest in the area because of the location, but after visiting I don't think I will ever go back.

"Very nice, but a little expensive"
I rent out a condo here and I will tell you that the area is extremely nice and in very good shape. The landscaping is nice, even for Arizona standards. It is a little pricey, but I have stayed in my complex and my tenant who occupies it now loves it. There is a lot to do in the area, and there is also a nearby hospital and a nice local school system.

"Decent neighborhood, but in selective places"
I stayed here on business for a week or so and I will tell you that this road is decent, but the area is hit or miss at best. While there is a reasonably amount of recreation and entertainment in the area, if you turn a sudden corner you might not like what you see. I did read the police blotter and saw an unusual ammount of crime for the size and population of the area.

"Acees Roads, Not much going on"
This road that is relatively close to the university is very, very plain. I have lived in New York City so you might want to keep that in mind. The homes and apartments are very plain and there is not much to do for entertainment. My friend lives and goes to school there and the only reason I would invest time and money is to rent out to college kids. The prices are reasonable.

"Would not take pride as a living option"
I looked at some real estate in this area, because it was pretty inexpensive, and I soon realized why. The area has been run into the ground and I don't think I saw one house with decent landscaping. In fact, I didn't see many people at all. I really didn't see any options for schools in the area and I don't think I would of bothered looking even if I had time.

"Living here can not be pleasent"
I visited a friend who I went to high school with and they told me that this would be a good area to buy property and rent it out. I visited him, and to my dismay he must not of done much after college. The neighborhood is run down and there is relatively no scenery. I would not buy a place to rent out, because I like it when my tenants enjoy where they are living.

"Just looks like a historic place"
I have friends that live on this block and I tell you, the homes here are simply breathtaking. Even though they look very old, they are some of the most gorgeous homes that I have seen in the area, and I am extremely familiar with the scene. Even though I can afford it now, I am still a little young and enjoy a little more of the city life, but this would be a great place to lay my hat.

"Access Road and Good Scenery"
While this road is lengthy and provides access to almost anywhere you want to go in Staten Island and other parts of NYC in a timely fashion, there is not place really that you would want to live, or have kids go to school in. The drive along the road is nice because of the scenery, but like I said before it is not ideal for being a resident.

"Perfect Setting for Recreation"
This road is a great place to find anything from little business's and restaurants, to museum and library access. Just about anything that you have in mind is here. I would probably not want to raise kids, just because of the traffic and the access to the downtown area, but this is a great place for singles or couples looking to have a good time.

"Not my ideal neighborhood"
I really disliked this place when I stayed here for a couple weeks. Being there on business I could not complain because it was free, but I put in a request to not be placed here again. Decent food is in the area, but it is not worth the noise or even the covered up filth that you soon find to be quite apparent.

"No place for a family"
I have rented a place here and rented it out to college kids. You do not want to live here unless you are attending college and want to live the college life. The only reason I even kept the place in my name was to help college kids who did not want to pay too much to live there. Probably about 99 percent of other people renting out places are only their to rip off college kids.

Mill Road is extremely dirty and you can just feel a sense of filth in the air. Surrounded by old buildings and homeless people, the road really makes you feel what a bad spot in Staten Island really does feel like. "A little too much for my taste"
One of my first apartments that I bought in the city of New York was on Union Street in Brooklyn. Although, there are many different things that many different people may find appealing it is just a little too loud and flamboyant for me. It is a very nice place to live and not run down at all, but maybe it is because I am just not Italian. Everyone from the children to the elderly seem very nice and friendly. The thing is I am more partial to the "yuppie" atmosphere of New York life. I enjoy more fine dining and extreme night life as a way to get away from work. Seems like a good fit for the right person, but just not for me.

"Thank God I have a Condo Here"
I currently own and travel frequently to my condo which is located here in West Village. Every time I leave I can't wait to go back. I have a couple places all over the United States and this is my favorite. It is a close tie with L.A. The restaurants and nightlife are not to be compared with and the people are very friendly unlike some other neighborhoods in NYC. I am staying for a couple more days for business, and because of how much I love it I don't want to leave. Ultimately, when I decide to have kids I would like them to be raised here. I have heard the school systems are great and the cleanliness of the neighborhood is outstanding. I was referred to the neighborhood by a colleague of mine and I buy his dinner every time we are out, just because of his referral.

Gordon Street is where my uncle lives, and by the looks of things he has done well for himself. This is the kind of place that I would want to live if I do decide to move to San Francisco. I have looked the area over because of my job and I visited some apartments on this road and the surrounding area. Garrison Avenue is the type of place where I would not mind raising a family, but only until I could afford to live in a nicer neighborhood. Whether you want to take a short drive to Ventura or would like to drive into the city Dupont Court can be quite resourceful. "Good for highway access."
Dow Avenue or Place has really nothing going on. It is good if you want access to the highway, but in my opinion that is about it. Nothing to offer except homeless people asking if they have a specific amount of change for a "phone call". I would never want to live in the area while there is so much more the city has to offer. It is also sort of a good place if you want to be located near the metro area.

As stated in the title Donner Avenue is no place to raise a family, and I would never want to live there myself. You can sense the crime in the area. I would not even want to leave my car parked there, in fear of what might happen to it. This street does the beautiful city of San Francisco no justice at all.
Burke Ave
"Business Opportunity is about it"
Burke Avenue is San Francisco should not be your ideal destination if it involves a family. There does not seem to be crime in the area, but the roads are noisy and the street just seems to be for industry purposes.
