"South Bellaire offers high-end homes, very established neighborhood"

South Bellaire Drive is situated in one of the city's nicer areas. Homes in the area are newer and high-dollar.
The neighborhood experiences very little turnover and is well-established. Neighbors are close and the area is secure.
Convenience to South Hulen shopping/dining, as well as access to Loop 820 and Southwest Boulevard are also key.
Homes for sale in the area, while higher-priced, could prove to be very sound investments when the real estate market revives.

"Williams Road convenient to Fort Worth and Benbrook"

Williams Road is the main drag through an established area of single-family homes in the west Fort Worth/Benbrook area.
There has been higher turnover there in recent years, but overall the neighborhood is cared for very well, and has a neighborly spirit.
Many homes for sale in the area fit the "starter home" mold, and plenty more available only need updating.
Williams Road offers easy access to Interstate 30 and Highway 377.

"Calmont Avenue offers affordable apartment living"

Calmont Avenue on Fort Worth's west side offers plenty of low-income apartment living. The farther west you go, the lower quality.
Some homes can be found farther east, alongside Interstate 30, and certain parts of this stretch are established, well-cared-for properties. Moreover, you'll find rentals and high turnover.
Calmont offers easy access to I-30 and Highway 183 --- perfect if you're seeking lower-cost/off-base living and need a quick route to the Joint Reserve Base.

"Chapin Road --- most convenient for students, parents"

Chapin Road serves as a main road for extreme north Benbrook and west Fort Worth. There are plenty of homes lining the road, which runs from Loop 820 to the traffic circle off Camp Bowie/Highway 377.
A main drawing point is its accessibility to schools in the area --- Leonard Middle School and Western Hills High School are within a few miles of one another on Chapin.
Most of the neighborhood is established, with some older residents and some turnover lately.

"Softwind Trail friendly, established"

Softwind Trail sits on the west side of Fort Worth, and is part of an enclave of homes now surrounded by apartments.
The neighborhood is neighborly, but has deteriorated slightly over the years. The main concern with Softwind Trail is the fact that it serves as a main thoroughfare from apartment at South Normandale to other streets in the area. Vehicle and foot traffic can be excessive at times.
Many homes on the street back up to a large void in the neighborhood, a field surrounded by more homes and apartments. This offers no rear neighbors --- a rare treat in the city.

"Main Street a must see for residents and visitors alike"

Main Street, as you've probably guessed, starts in the middle of downtown Fort Worth.
The Tarrant County Convention Center --- which is home to many sporting events, concerts, and, well ... conventions --- serves as the street's start.
From there you can travel toward Sundance Square, where there's plenty do, from restaurants to bars, a comedy club, theaters (movies and live) all await you.
The main attraction of Main Street is the Fort Worth Stockyards, located several miles north of downtown. Here you'll get a taste of Fort Worth's history and enjoy great food and nightlife --- with a country flavor.

"Hulen the center of activity in southwest Fort Worth"

South Hulen Street is the destination for a wide range of the city's residents --- any day of the week. The main attraction is Hulen Mall, which offers typical department store anchors surrounding typical mall stores and restaurants.
Outside the mall, you can find numerous restaurants, a movie theater, discount retailers, and assorted shopping center businesses.
The newest additions to the area are open-air shopping malls, where typical businesses can be found --- sporting goods, home decor, haircuts, etc.
Lockheed Recreational Center is also located on Hulen, as well as several ballparks, doctors' offices and educational centers.

"Affordable living Las Vegas Trail's calling card"

Las Vegas Trail is the most densely apartment-populated area on the west side of Fort Worth. Many low-income apartments are available just south of Interstate 30. The area offers several restaurants, laundromats, gas stations and convenience stores, but not much else.
Its main purpose is being a main route from I-30 to Camp Bowie West.

"Straight to the heart of Fort Worth"

Camp Bowie Boulevard is probably the most charming busy street the city offers.
There's plenty of shopping at smaller shops and chain retail stores, as well as a wide assortment of restaurants to choose from, should you visit.
Bricks still pave much of the road as you head into downtown, adding to the historical feel.

"Plenty of variety on University Drive"

If you're looking for something fun to do in Fort Worth, odds are University Drive is the ticket.
North of Interstate 30 you'll find the Fort Worth Zoo and Botanical Gardens. To the south, you can take in the sights on the Texas Christian University campus, or stop in at Ol' South Pancake House for the best breakfast in the city.
University Drive offers several pubs/bars, if nightlife, is your thing, but selection is limited.
