"Chapin Road --- most convenient for students, parents"
Chapin Road serves as a main road for extreme north Benbrook and west Fort Worth. There are plenty of homes lining the road, which runs from Loop 820 to the traffic circle off Camp Bowie/Highway 377.
A main drawing point is its accessibility to schools in the area --- Leonard Middle School and Western Hills High School are within a few miles of one another on Chapin.
Most of the neighborhood is established, with some older residents and some turnover lately.
