"Great Place for peace and quiet."
44th Avenue is a great place to just walk around and "chillax". I know this because I do live on 44th Avenue. Occasionally something "special" happens like recently, I saw a couple of people filming a music video, though it was not a professional set. 44th Avenue leads straight to the Zoo and Golden Gate park. Since it is very quiet, I usually run to the Zoo and back on 44th Avenue. It is also very close to bus stops and is surrounded by grocery stores, churches, and restaurants.
