"Awesome Location"

The crackies don't seem to make it up the hill to Pine St. They don't even seem to make it past Sutter St. actually. Basically, I can walk around outside at 2am without worrying about my safety. If you have a car, I would not park it on the street though. Even though I never see sketchy people out and about, car windows seem to be shattered on a daily basis. Having a MUNI FastPass will make your life a lot easier especially if you don't like walking up mega hills. The neighborhood seems to consist of mostly art students and tourists. Highly recommended for single 20-30 somethings who like to be smack dab in the middle of all the action.
