"If you like shopping"
There are two shopping Centers near 3rd Avenue. Just take the Trolley to Horton Plaza, walk a few blocks and you will find many little cafes, book stores, and restaurants. On J St and 3rd you will find 3rd Avenue Farmers Market where the food is very excellent.

"Quick access to freeways"
This street is mainly businesses, and also has an adult daycare center. Most local restaurants in the area will deliver lunch to businesses nearby because of the traffic. Easy access to Interstate 15 from Mission Valley to avoid rush hour.

"If you dont' like taking busy main streets"
Take Coronado Street in Imperial Beach. It's has many small venues, as well as Mexican restaurants. It's pretty safe to walk during the day and at night.

"This is the place to be"
There is so much to do and go on University Avenue. You do see a lot of students nearby, the parking is terrible but just park a few blocks away. Variety of good places to eat. Including cute, cozy cafe shops. This street has upscale furniture shops to second hand stores all on one street. If you ever visit San Diego, this is one of the streets to visit in the Hillcrest area.

"I love the neigborhood markets"
Adams street is where you want to go when you want to find fresh produce, good meat, and international foods. Every year they have the Adams Avenue Street Fair which is so much fun to go with music entertainers, crafts booth, food, and beer garden.

"On the way to the beach"
This street will take you all the way to Imperial Beach. It's a very busy street especially during rush hour. But you can still have your morning walks to the beach, but it's unsafe at night. Be careful, cars don't stop for pedestrians.

"Traffic jams"
Aero Drive is known for having traffic jams daily. Especially near Interstate 15, however, has many places to eat for lunch and dinner. It has small shopping center which has Vons, Wal Mart and right down the street, Frye's Electronics.

"Nice and quiet"
I lived on this street for a couple of years and liked it. There is Montgomery Community park and San Diego City library right up the hill which was convenient. You can take walks late evenings and there was very little traffic.

"Busy street"
This is a street you can take coming from Mission Valley. It's very busy, but has a lot of gas stations, places to eat, and merchant stores. Most of the places around this street delivers lunch to offices nearby, which was well worth the price.
