"Near a hospital"
Normany Drive is near a mental hospital. I dont have anything against mental people but i would be careful if you have kids because kids love to run and just play with things. The street is awesome with nice houses and many good restaurants when you get hungry or just want to chill.

"really quiet"
Chipwood Path is too quiet for my quiet for my liking but i guess it may be pleasing to others. I use to visit my cousins there and their neighbors are really quiet. They may say hi to you once and while but other than that they are really quiet. I would advice this street to elderly because they may love the peace quiet, but if you are wild i wouldnt come here.

"Good for Baseball Fans"
7th Avenue is located right near the Padres Baseball stadium the Petco Park. So this street is always crowded but do not worry it will clear up during the day. During homes games the street is hectic, it is really crowded foot traffic and car traffic all trying to get to the game. But overall it is a good street for families with kids that love baseball.

"Good Public Transportation"
3rd avenue is a decent street. There is nothing special about it except the Civic Center which is very nice. The best thing about 3rd Avenue is the transportation. The public transportation comes twenty four hours a day and it is not dirty and it is very safe probably not at night though because of random people walking on the street.

The city was very safe and residential. It had a few skyscrapers and all of them looked fascinating. Broadway Circle also had some five-star hotels. Broadway Circle is alright to me but it is to quiet for my liking, maybe older people might enjoy it more. So if you like quiet this is your choice.

"very good place for eating out"
Mission Boulevard is like the main center in Mission Beach. My family and I went to mission Boulevard and wanted to go dine out. Make sure you have a car unless you want to walk since Mission Boulevard is a 2-mile peninsula. Also there are nice smoothies bars, clubs, and restaurants and all of of them are terrific.
Finally I would recommend to anyone with a large family.
